Dear Host Family,

My name is Ina Fritzler and I was born on 5th of February 1991 in a small village in Russia. When I was 3 years old all the family moved from Russia to Germany in a town called Lingen(Ems). At first any facts about my family. My father Viktor (54) works as a driver and my mother Lydia (54) works as a house keeper. My sister is 27 years old and my brother is 25 years old.
At the beginning my parents was against the Au pair year, but since the last summer they support me in every way. They ask often how far I with the application and we talk about what is when I in the USA for one year.My family are most impotent for me. They ever support me in all the things I do and they are very proud of me.

There are many reasons which me help to decide to do the way as an Au pair: I will get to know a new country and a new culture, meet new people from the whole world, collect new experience, to improve my occupation chances and my English, I need a time-out from the stress at school and the main reason is that I love to spend time with children.

Since I'm a little girl I would be become an educator. My "babysitting career" began with to take care of three children with 11 years. The family live in the neighborhood. Ariana was at the beginning 4 years old, Diana 8 months old and later was Leon born. We went to the playground or play in the garden. After 3 years we moved in another home and the family in another town.

In the old neighborhood I met my actually babysitting family. Since 4 years I take care for the two children in the evening. We play together games and school or Punch and Judy (show). Sometimes I make the meal, too. Later I read a fairytale and the children fall asleep. Antje is 7 years old and Henrik is 9 years old now. The both are very nice children.

For one year (winter 2005-winter 2006) I have done children church service every Sunday. Other young people and I created some handicrafts for the children to different themes from the bible and we talk a little bit about the themes.

In the last year I have done a practical training in a daycare facility for children for 6 months. The other child care providers and I came for the children from the school and than we eat with you. After the meal one part of the children did the homework and the other part played in the group room or in the gym. Alternative I helped the children with the homework and played with the other kids or supervised them. We went in the zoo or playground or did other activities like project to special topic. Other tasks were wash the dishes, place in the dishwasher or to swept the floor.

Since February 2008 I help a girl with mathematic for one hour in the week. I control the homework and I prepare new tasks to the actually topic in the school. With my help her grade are go from 5 to 4(E to D).

In March 2009 my godchild would be 2 years old. Since her birth I spent many time with her. She is my littler angel/devil. We play together of the playground or we go for a walk. Sometimes she plays alone and I'm supervising her. I chance the nappies, make the meal or feed her. We have so much fun together so that we sit on the couch and laugh without a reason. She is so cute and the parents trust in me.

By the way I have supervised on a one year old boy for one month. I have brought his to bed, feed him, go for a walk or we play together in the flat. At the beginning he has accept me without problems. He is an "other" boy. For her age he is a bit of bigger and he has no pain, because when he fall as he learn to go he laugh and play more. The mother doesn't work so she is at home and don't need a babysitter. That's a pity!

From the 2.1-6.1.2009 I have done a team leaders basic class. With this credit I can lead a group of children in my free time. My tasks are will be to teach playful the children important morals and play games. At the moment I don't have a group, but maybe in the mai I drive to the tent camp for any days.

It's not easy to write something about the own person. My friends say I'm friendly, dependable, a good listener, creative, intelligent (I don't think so), a happy person, energetic, respectful toward other people, funny, affectionate, optimistic, caring. I think all people deep in the heart good persons.

I would like to thank you very much for taking your time to get to know me better. I am looking forward to being an Au Pair and also a family member in your family.

Love Ina
